When DFS approached us they knew they had to change the way the retail business used coaching to get results. There had been a gap in development for the managers and they recognised that this needed to change to improve performance.
-Spent time getting to understand how the stores do business. What did the team need from their manager and how well equipped were the managers to respond to those needs?
-Developed a one day, activity-led learning experience that brought the content to life and made it totally relevant to the participants
-Designed some beautiful creative to support the workshop, using a coffee table magazine style for the learning journal
Following on from the first sessions, we have seen a marked increase in performance and seen first hand how powerful great coaching can be.
